Platform fees (per organization or union)

This fee applies only once to your entire organization or union. It covers the setup of your Adezzio instance and essential technical costs:

  • Needs analysis and customization

  • Installing and configuring your Adezzio instance

  • Setting up your access and permissions

  • Basic training for your administrators


These fees are assessed on a tailor-made basis after a meeting,
and the submission is free.

Secure hosting fees

  • Hosting on our Canadian cloud servers

  • Daily backups

  • Maintenance and updates

  • 24/7 Surveillance


Starting at $500/month,
depending on the size and needs of your organization.

SSL Certificate Fees

  • Security certificate (HTTPS) dedicated to your Adezzio instance


$150/year

Domain name fees

  • Managing your custom domain
    (e.g. yoursyndicat.adezzio.com or yoursyndicat.com)

Recurring costs per local section

This fee applies to each local chapter you activate in your organization. The fee is the responsibility of the local chapter and covers the monthly license and included services:

Monthly license per local section

  • $12/month for the first 1,000 members

  • Then, $6/month for each additional 1,000 members


Included:

  • Electronic signature

  • creation of unlimited sub-local

  • Movement of members between sub-locals

  • Member management (invitation, editing)

  • Unlimited membership card export

  • Adding external map by member (JPG, PNG, PDF)

  • Importing members

  • Communication with the member and with the manager

  • Unlimited assemblies

  • Attendance taking

  • Export of attendances

  • Administrator management by location and sub-location

Electronic voting (fee per use)

  • Maybe added to the assembly

  • $50 fixed administrative fee per vote held
