  • What are the contribution payment options?
    Adezzio accepts payments by credit card, check and cash. Members can choose their preferred payment method during the membership or renewal process.
  • Can I host virtual meetings with Adezzio?
    Yes, Adezzio allows the organization of virtual meetings with video conferencing links. You can invite members, manage attendance and organize votes directly through the platform.
  • How can members sign electronically?
    Members can receive an email invitation to sign electronically. They access a secure link, complete the membership form and sign electronically. The signature is secure and timestamped to guarantee its authenticity.

    When creating your account, choose a password that contains at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (for example, !@#).
  • Do I have to accept the terms and conditions?
    Yes, you must read and accept the terms and conditions before finalizing your registration. Check the box provided for this purpose to confirm your acceptance.

    After completing the form, a signature box will appear. Use your mouse, stylus, or finger (on touchscreen) to sign in the space provided.

    If you have lost your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email inviting you to create a new password. If you have not received an email within 5 minutes, check your junk folder.
